Issuance of Visa Recommendation Letters

MBCCI issues Visa Recommendation Letters for:

• Business meetings, conferences, seminars, exhibitions, or any other professional engagements abroad.
• Facilitating visits of foreign businessmen to Pakistan for business purposes, including meetings, conferences, seminars, and exhibitions.

Checklist for Issuance

To apply for a Visa Recommendation Letter, please submit the following:

• A request on your company’s letterhead clearly stating the purpose of your visit.
• Copy of your passport.
• Copy of your CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card).
• Copy of the Invitation Letter from the host country.
• Copy of your Appointment Letter (if you are an employee of a company).

For foreign businessmen visiting Pakistan, a copy of the passport and, if applicable, the invitation letter is mandatory for the issuance of a Visa Recommendation Letter.

Fee Details

• Rs. 2,000 for members with over one year of membership.
• Rs. 5,000 for members with less than one year of membership.
